He received his B. Pharm degree from Ch. Charan Singh University and M.S.(Pharm.) in Pharmaceutics from NIPER, Mohali. His other educational qualifications includes certificate course on IPR from WIPO Worldwide Academy, Geneva, PG Diploma in Patent Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and PG Diploma in Pharma Regulatory Affairs from Bioinformatics Institute of India, Noida.
